Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • RSBP passes, reservations, rentals, and special events are rain-or-shine.
  • Changes and cancellations to rental and camping reservations can only be made by calling the park.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • Bike rental reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged.
