Safety is the highest priority at Rattlesnake Bike Park. Please observe the following to ensure that your time at the park is safe and fun for everyone.
Riders Responsibility Code
- Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
- Bikers ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
- You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible.
- Whenever merging onto a trail, look both ways and yield to others.
- Always protect yourself by wearing the proper safety equipment and encourage others to follow suit.
- Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
- You must have the knowledge and ability to ride safely.
- Be aware that trail and weather conditions can change quickly.

Park Waiver
- All park attendees and riders must sign a waiver, which will be emailed to you following the purchase of your Park Pass.
- You are responsible for your own experience. Riding trails can be dangerous and requires skill and competence to avoid serious injury. There are elements of risk in riding that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce.
- Please observe the code above and be safety-conscious and considerate of your fellow riders and park guests.
Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final.
- RSBP passes, reservations, rentals, and special events are rain-or-shine.
- Changes and cancellations to rental and camping reservations can only be made by calling the park.
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Bike rental reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged.
Children
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) at all times while in the park
Trails
- Ride cautiously and safely at all times.
- Stay on marked trails, and obey all posted signage, gates, and barriers.
Helmets
- RSBP requires that riders wear helmets at all time while riding a bicycle.
Smoking
- All RSBP buildings are smoke-free.
No Trespassing
- Anyone found inside the park without the appropriate Park Pass will be considered trespassers and will be treated as such.
- Trespassers are subject to being banned from future admittance to RSBP and may be reported to local law enforcement.
- RSBP guests found on any property, or part of the property, where they are not allowed will also be considered trespassing. This includes, but is not limited to, riding anywhere other than designated trails.
- RSBP reserves the right to remove patrons without a refund if they do not comply with the posted park rules.
