Rattlesnake Bike Park’s designated primitive campground is now open offering camping Friday – Sunday. This option is ideal for guests seeking convenient, short-term accommodations with immediate access to our trail network.
Please note:
- Camping is primitive – no hookups or water services available

- Vans, Tents, & RVs Welcome; all campers must follow pack-in/pack-out practices.
- Location offers direct access to bike park facilities during regular operating hours. Restrooms are available 24 hours a day.
- Trails are closed when shuttles are not running – no riding is permitted at these times for safety and maintenance reasons
- Security will routinely patrol the camping areas. In the event of an emergency please dial 911, for all non emergent issues please contact our after hours number 803.280.9260
Camping Available: Friday – Sunday – $25 per night
Camping Types:
- Primitive Parking Lot Tent, Car, Van & RV Camping – Any size van, small bumper pull trailers, tent camping, and cars. Larger fifth wheel and Class A RV’s, please call the park to reserve your spot.
Amenities:
- Showers located at the Summit from 8am-10am & 5 pm-7 pm
- Additional restrooms are available in the campground & parking lot
Rules:
- All campers MUST complete online park pass waiver before check-in.
- Trails close at 5:00 PM or immediately when shuttle service ends, whichever comes first. Accessing the trails after closing time is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of park rules. Individuals who disregard this policy may be denied future access to the bike park.
- Generator use – Inverter generators are welcome, please respect your neighbors and our property.
- All camping sites are limited to one vehicle; additional vehicle parking is available in the main lot.
- Check-in hours are between 9 am – 7pm at the ticket booth. Late check-in must call our after-hours number. (803.280.9260)
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please respect your neighbors. Generators are still welcome, but be courteous to your neighbors.
- RSBP Camping hang tags must be displayed at all times.
- Fires are permitted in designated fire pits. Please check for and follow any local burn bans that may be in effect.
- Grills are welcome.
- Pets are welcome in the camping and parking areas. ALL pets must be leashed and under control at all times.

- Trash barrels are available at all campsites. Please keep your campsite clean and place your trash in the designated trash can before leaving.

- All of our campsites are primitive, in which there is no power or water at individual campsites.
- Are bathrooms always accessible?
- Yes, there are porta potties in our campground and main parking lot. There are also bathrooms & showers available at the summit before and after the shuttle is running (8am-11am & 5pm-7pm).
